We will design a program, with your parameters, using the Major Group insurance carrier such as Oxford; Emblem; Empire Blue Cross and Aetna.
We can offer traditional Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO), Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO), Health Savings Account (H.S.A.) and Health Reimbursement Plans (HRA). Prescription Drug coverage can be included in these plans.
If it is appropriate, we will design surveys for the employees to complete on a confidential basis, to determine usage, opinions, etc. to help create a program the employee would be satisfied with.
These plans can be supplemental, when appropriate and permissible, by the Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
